Master suite on fourth floor on 2 levels with ocean view and 3 terraces (one with plunge pool, grill and table, one with lounge area and other with hammock), separate bedroom with king size bed, A/C, private bath and TV, living area with TV, dining area and full kitchen.
Can become a 2 bedroom suite renting also MORA room (If renting also Mora room, Mora room will have a 10% discount on its rate).
All rates are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to a 21% Tax.
Delicious Breakfast included (between 7:30 and 10am).
Get a 10% discount if all stay is paid at booking time (stay longer than deposit required of 1 night) and if booking time is at least one month before check-in (not valid in Christmas and New Year´s weeks).
All participants of September and November IRONMAN will get a 20% discount, during the event.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
If you cancel at least 31 days before arrival date, all payment sent is refundable.
If you cancel between 16 and 30 days before arrival date, amount required to confirm reservation (2 nights for Zapote suite, 1 night for other rooms) is not refundable but becomes a credit for another stay in the following 6 months from cancellation date. Balance of payment sent after deducting amount required to confirm is refundable.
If you cancel between 0 (no show) and 15 days before arrival date, amount required to confirm reservation (2 nights for Zapote suite, 1 night for other rooms) is lost. Balance of payment sent after deducting amount required to confirm is not refundable but becomes a credit for another stay in the following 6 months from cancellation date.
